Quality and Academic Accreditation Committee.

Tasks:

  • Promote and disseminate a culture of Quality among all programs staff.
  • Prepare and implement strategic and operational plans for Quality.
  • Identify the training needs of the Program's staff regarding Quality and academic accreditation.
  • Prepare the description of the courses and the Program byaccording to the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation models.
  • Prepare course and program reports byper the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation models.
  • Prepare the course files in the Program and work on updating them continuously.
  • Fulfill the requirements for program accreditation issued by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
  • Provide performance indicators (KPIs) and reference comparisons for the Program according to the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation models.
  • Prepare the measures of the Program's initial self-assessment and provide evidence.
  • Prepare reports to examine the Program's initial self-evaluation by The Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.
  • Submit periodic models reports about the Quality and academic accreditation of the Vice Dean/coordinator/representative of the Deanship for Quality and academic accreditation.
  • Do any other tasks within the scope of its projects.

Revision and Correction of the Human Resources Program's Description Committee.

Tasks:

  • Review observations and make the required adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Head of Department about submitting the required adjustments to Business Administration and Human Resources Courses.
  • The Assistant Head of Department coordinates with other departments that share specific courses with Business Administration and Human Resources Programs.

 

Mission and Goals Revision Committee

Tasks

  • Review the Mission and Goals related to the Human Resources Program and its consistency with the Mission and Goals of the Faculty and the University by the Program's Quality Manual.
  • Prepare reports after the revision period, draft new Mission and Goals and submit them to the Department Head.
  • Do any other tasks that can be assigned to the Committee.

Plans and Systems Committee

Tasks:

  • Audit the Program's quarterly reports and compare the course outputs with the course's description.
  • Prepare semester reports and submit them to the Head of the Department.
  • Make adjustments to the Program's and courses' descriptions based on reports recommendations and submit them to the Department Council.

 

Student Activities and Community Service Committee.

Tasks:

  • Prepare the Executive Plan for Students Activities and Community Service in the department.
  • Implement and follow up on the Committee's Executive Plan.
  • Coordinate with the Deanship of Community Service regarding activities.
  • Prepare the Committee's annual report and submit it to the Board.
