  • The critical role of human resources management in modern organizations is that it is considered governmental and private organizations' intellectual and human capital.
  • The role of human resources management is not limited to planning, recruitment, and organizing but also the development of the human resources capacities of the organizations.
  • The Saudi labor market needs human resources management specialists, especially in the North Region, where no HR program exists in its universities.
  • Release qualified human cadres that are compatible with the needs of the labor market.
  • Establish industrial cities such as (North Promise) and companies that need human resources specialists.
  • Few human resources departments in Saudi universities.
  • The growing interest in human resources at the governmental and private levels, through which the Human Resources Fund was established to support human development in the Kingdom.

Graduate qualified cadres in human resources management that meet the requirements of development, labor market, scientific research, and creativity through an academic and administrative body and partnerships with relevant organizations and the community based on quality assurance and academic accreditation standards.

  • Enable students to learn about international business environments and contemporary issues in human resources management.
  • Develop teamwork ability, leadership skills, and ethics of the graduates of the program consistent with the requirements of future jobs.
  • Develop research, technical and self-learning capacities that enable students to contribute effectively to solving human resources-related problems and serving the community
